I have purchased a product on amazon paying 1000 rupees and i returned that product but amount didn’t credited to my account.
Amazon is saying that they have sent amount to my sbi account on 02:17:2017.
But i haven’t received amount still now

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
