Amazon India — the agent used abusing words | |||
I had just received a call from a person, who was insisting me for registering with amazon as a seller. When i refused to register and said gently that i am not interested in online selling, he used abusing words... He said "bhad me jao..." He had called me from justdial website. I received his no from justdial after finishing the call. I called him back on that no. And when i asked him why he talking in this manner, then he was speechless... Using words like, "bilkul sir," "jee sir"... Is this a way to talk with the customers??? This is not expected from such a reputed company as amazon. This person must be punished... He didnt told his name. But the no is [protected]. So i request to take a action on this person. If this is not a right place for such a complaint, i request you to forward it to the correct desk..
