Amazon India — they have charged me twice and are not refunding | |||
I had ordered a godrej locker and a air blower through amazon total amounting to 5298 on[protected] for which the payment was done by card. The amazon delivery guy charged me twice for the transaction saying there was a failed payment and money will be credited back to my account soon. Not taking his word for granted i called amazon customer support right away, they told the same network issue and failed payment and that the money will be credited in the next 3-4 working days. I checked on my account to see if i received the credit or not yesterday which was the 19/11/17 almost 20 days after the transaction was done or not, to no surprise i found the money had not come. I again called their customer support to check the same. They said they will work on the same and revert back with 6 days. I again got a call from their call center last saturday 18/11/17 asking for any proof of the double debit. I sent them a mail on the same, again they say they will take another 2-4 working days. 20 days on they are using my money and not refunding. Can you help? Was this information helpful? | |||
