Amazon India — They not refund my money | |||||
Dear sir, Be informed i have baught a samsung j7 mobile case from amazon, order id[protected] but wrongly i have ordered 2016 model instead of 2015, though i have refunded that product between 2 days and they supposed to refund me rs-399 by cheque between 5 working days. 20 days has past already i have complaint 8-9 times at amazon cc but they response as you will get your cheque soon. Requesting you please take some neccessary action i hope then they will understand what the real meaning of "soon" Was this information helpful? | |||||
