Amazon India — unauthorized charge on account

We are a non-profit organization in clarksburg, wv united states. There is a debit on our account for $2.13 that was not authorized. If you could please inform us as to what that was for and do not ever deduct again unless authorized personally by me elinda carson, executive director of the pwa.
This charge appeared on august 26. Please refund immediately.

Sir i am buy items one item returned 3 items cancelled by the Amazon only but amount paid to amazon but amount refund nit got till now amount paid through rbl credit card
