Amazon India — Unknown payment from the saved card at Amazon prime | |||||
Despite of repeated persuance, the problem regarding unknown payment of Rs 766.72 from my saved card of ICICI bank account at the Amazon payment Window has not been solved. This is a serious issue and falls under the category of cyber crime. You save the card of the customer whereas your payment window is not safe enough. If the matter is not solved by today evening, I'll understand that you are not capable enough to resolve the issue and I will lodge a formal complaint at the cyber crime department. I hope, the problem will be solved by the cyber crime department efficiently and I believe, as a good citizen, it's my duty to take care of other customers as well along with my own interests.
