Amazon India — used product

Sir/madam,
I was very pleased with the speedy delivery provided by amazon services, but to my horror the product that i ordered was a used one. Now, i know that there are plenty of product miscarriages while delivery but clearly my product was a used one because the product was not in new condition.
My product details are as

Now, i am clearly unsatisfied by the services provided by amazon as they are providing used products.
Please help me with the refund even though it be a small amount, since we the customers need assurance on how much amazon is providing.
