Amazon India — Westido sofa set return due to insufficient space | |||||
Hi team, I order westido 5 seater sofa set on march 27th 2016 worth 24 k, today got a call from blue dart that is 1st april 2016, we got the product but sue to insufficient space at home asked blue dart team to take the product back, as it wasn't fitting in the stairs sue to narrow space.. I reported with the concerned team about the issue.. I made payment through credit card Order #[protected] I got a call back from supplier stating that they will have to deduct courier charges rs 6000... Which is really not fair i feel.. Even spoke to executives even they had the same ans.. Why do we have to pay so much when we haven't used it.. Due to lack of space we returned it I was very happy amazon customer.. I need a solution for this asap Why do you fool customer by easy return policy.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
