Amazon India — woodland shoes | |||
I ordered woodland shoes from amazon for inr 2, 217. On 17th december the courier people updated the status of delivered on 20th december while i got the shoes on 24th december. Then i made a replacement for the shoes as it was loose to me, i made the replacement order on 27th december. It was supposed to get delivered to me on 30th december as i'm a prime customer, but the delivery partners were not trying to contact me and in the evening i used to receive a msg and call that the courier tried to contact me but i received none. The next day i updated the phone number to my mother's, her phone is always available then also next evening i received the same message they were not able to connect to the number, next day updated my friend's number and address but the same thing happened. Today the order is returning to the seller and the price of the shoes is inr 3, 750. When i tried to contact the amazon support they always told me to wait and wait, and after this, they're telling me that nothing can be done and i've to return the old shoes and order a new one. And now i've to pay almost inr 1, 400 extra for the same shoes. They made me wait for 16 days and now just because of their courier facility i've to bear a loss of inr 1400 after all this harassment over the multiple calsl to the support which was of no help.
