I placed a order[protected]) and paid money for redmi 4A mobile on 30th march 2017, I CHECKED tracking status it will be delivered by 4th march 2017 and amazon assured to delivery my product on 4th march 2017, but it is not delivered on 4th m arch 2017, I waited till 6th march 2017 but it not delivered to me but still it shows on 4th MARCH 17, I called toll free number, they told it will reach you today, but not again I called they given 24-48 hours, anyway I accepted, then I called after 48 hours, again telling the same 48 hours and I frighted with them, simply they cut the call, again I called they told we will refund your amount and it take 3-5 days, this is really worst and fraud of Amazon. My waste of time and because of this I irritated and heart broken. no product or no instant money - what is this ? Was this information helpful? | |||||
