Amazon India — Wrong item delivered and Not Returning

I ordered Samsung Headset New Design.
They sent me an old design.
Then i told take it return.
They said contact the seller.
I contacted GINNI SALES They asked me to send the pictures of item.
I sent but they told the item was not sent by us which you sent pictures of item.
And they don't want to return it back.

How can i make them believe.
