Amazon India — wrong product delivered | |
I ordered samsung galaxy note 9 128gb from amazon and when i opened it was an iphone which got delivered to me wrongly and i am behind them from 7 dsys but not get any resolution. I want to register complaint against them and my order number is [protected] Customer care are not giving any response and saying our social media team is working on it and we cant do anything and social media team is not doing anything. The product was not packed properly and had leaked .The spill was more than half the capacity of the container which is not acceptable.WE WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
