Dear sir/mam, I have ordered a samsung galaxy j2 6 on 12nov 2016 from amazon, order id[protected] but i have received wrong product samsung j-2 instead of j-2 6. I tried to lodge a complaint with amazon customer service but they are not ready to lodge a complaint and also not ready to return the product. This is a case of fraud from such a big organisation amazon india. On amazon bill...it is mentioned that receipt is of samsung galaxy j2 6 but actually it is samsung galaxy j2 . For your confirmation please go through the imei which is printed on bill is of samsung galaxy j2 All the bills and mobile phone photos are attached for your conformation We are mentally harassed.
