Amazon India — wrong product with misleading product information | |||
I have bought a lenovo laptop for my home on 5 may, 2019. The product has one year of warranty. Today when i checked the warranty period online on lenovo's website using my serial number. I found that that the warranty has already been expired on 27 august, 2019. Another issue is, with this laptop, they were providing a built-in dvd drive. Though we never felt the use of dvd drive. So we haven't tried to use it. But few days back, accidently, i tried to use dvd drive, i found that there is no dvd drive in it. I had talked to lenovo customer support. They told that there isn't any dvd drive coming with this model laptop. I have sent a screenshot of the product detail to them. They told that lenovo has given the wrong description about the product and delivered a wrong product as compared to their product description. Now, the conclusion is i have paid 58490 inr for a wrong product with expired warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
