[Resolved] Amazon India — Xiaomi note 3 | |||||
I purchase xiomi note 3 from Amazon some days back which got delivered today. I am unable to remove the SIM tray according to the instructions there seems to be a problem with the SIM tray. As mentioned on the website and purchase order details it has a 10 day return policy. Spoke to the customer care they tell me the item can only be replaced with the same model. I said I need my refund and don't need the replacement as I don't know maybe the replacement product could have same issues, and don't wish to purchase anything from Amazon. The representative tells me it's not their fault as its just a medium for Redmi for selling the products and they are not responsible for any defective products. How can they even say that, they don't even know what kind of products they are selling on their website, it's just a money minting company. Today is the day I received my phone I received a message saying I can return it by 20 th Feb if I am not happy even before purchasing on the website it said it has 10 days return policy but the representative tells me that thir policy has been changed in November which wass mentioned nowhere during purchasing the item or even in the delivery confirmation mail. This is just not acceptable, this is the worst experience I had with Amazon.i am not going to purchase anything from here henceforth. For now I just need my refund. That's it!!!
