I ordered this phone from amazon online and got it on 15th june, 2017. However to my dismay i got a mobile which had problem on charging, it started hanging and the phone was vibrating. So immediately i contacted the customer care to return back my product and initiate a refund. On 16th june, a pick up was scheduled but when the pick up guy came to collect the product he denied to take it back. I dont know what kind of nuisance is this. I am utterly disgusted with the service of amazon Was this information helpful? | |||||

I made a order of 7 products which made a total of 2, 300, I made a online payment.A day after a mail presenting my account was block even hundreds of customers call were not satisfying me.I just need my refund or my products .
