Amazon India — zoop watch/not refunding my account of rs.975/- | |||
I ordered a zoop kids watch from Amazon app.which was of rs.975/- but when the product delivered to me the watch was of zoop but seems old and very different from the website description so I returned as it is and pickup was done easily by all check on 29 June 2019 now they are not refunding my amount of Rs 975/- and saying that they received a different item where as I returned the same what I received .now they have both the things with them watch and money and blaming that the product they received is different, it was different that is why I returned.i request you to please help me to get back my refund amount of Rs 975/- Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a charge on my debit card for $6.57 for 7/5/19. I do not recall using Amazon Prime.
