I had received moto g5 on 11/04/2017, but when i insert the battery in phone... The back panel is not fitting... The phone gets heated.. When i contact customer care.. . They confuse a lot... At last one representative said we would request a replacement service for u... I agreed... Than they said but the address where the phone has been delivered... It is not possible to pick up the phone from the same address... U itself have to arrange the product send back to us... What rubbish is this... They said it is our policies...
