[Resolved] Amazon — Non refund of wrong payment of online shopping | |||||
I had ordered a Samsung Duos Battery from Amazon. While doing payment my first transaction was failed then I had to do second transaction. But my first failed transaction amount was not credited back to me. Then I contacted to the Amazon executives. They told me that they have refunded me my amount to my Credit card and they to be in touch with my Card Holding Bank (HDFC Bank). But it has been One and half month still I have not got my Money back after mailing them and calling them they are not replying me still. Please help to get my Money back. Regards, Avinash Shetty.
