Amazon — Not delivered the order on time and also not giving any appropriate reason while took the payment before

Respected sir/madam, here i utkarsh kumar ujjawal wants to inform you regarding the cheat done with me through amazon. As i ordered the action shoes of rs.999 on 28th of november and they message me that stuff you will get till 5th of december but till now i did not got my order and also when i call to amazon customer care online service they told me to wait but they are not giving me the actual time of delivery. I asked them lots of time but they not reply regarding my order they only said me that they informed to third party regarding this he will contact you.
