Dear sir/madam, Recently (22.09.2016) i purchased one smart phone in amazon online shopping, mobile model : coolpad mega 2.5 d, Order #[protected] Ordered on 22 september 2016 Delivered date : 26.09.2016 • thiraviam c • shriram transport finance co. Ltd., • no25, m. P. M shopping complex, iind floor, s. N highroad, sripuram • tirunelveli, tamil nadu 627001 • india • phone: [protected] The below mention specification mention in amazon web site, but this model mobile at same time dual sim and sd card not able use, sd card slot not available seperatly in this particular model, so i decide to return this product to amazon, but the are refusing my request, also amazon executives not response properly, 3 times i contact amazon customer service[protected], three time the mention executives attend my call and not given the proper response (Kavya, manoj, silambarasan) and also i communicate with coolpad service centre, madurai, (+91-[protected]), he’s also not response properly, now i’m not happy with purchase this model coolpad mobile, so kindly bring the justice to my suffered problem.
