Amazon — Order not delivered | |||||
I have ordered Tea & coffee from Amazon on 20th Feb. The order no is #[protected]. The products were couriered Via FedEx. ON 26th Feb Delivery guy from [protected] called stating i cant deliver product today will be done tomorrow on Feb 27. Feb 27 there was custom issue as updated & on Feb 28 i received msg for product out of delivery. No one came to my place nor called to check address from Fedex & product is being returned. Now while calling to amazon is happily saying that i can complaint to consumer forum& issue will resolved as per their process but items will not be delivered. If i want it will be at higher price. Why should i bear the cost for the product when i am not responsible. Either deliver the product as ordered or compensate in your terms. Pathetic Company & cheating in the name of online offers. If someone makes the payment already for products will take 7-10 business days to return in such cases where items is not delivered. they hold money back & dont understand what customer goes through.
