Hi I have placed order on 25/6/14 for JBL creature speaker Orde r#[protected] I have been received it on 28/6/14 but the product was defective I mean its volume button was not working. So i have requested for return On same day i have been connected CSR Krishna through online chat asknig placing order for same product. He has misguided me because of him i am wasting my time and money. And order got cancelled[protected] Below a is conversation history what I have made.
