Amazon — Poor delivery and poor product | |||||
Sir/madam, i am very pleased with amazon with the delivery and its product services and since i order mostly from it but lately these days its services has been deteriorating day by day as i have ordered a product on 24-aug-2020 With order no as[protected] and got delivered on 7 september but since the product was not as good as expected i opted for a return, My return details are as Pickup time: Tuesday, 8 sep, 2020, 07:00 - 19:00 Pickup tracking id: [protected] I cannot raise a complain in company website because the customer service there hasn't been very helpful in attending my query.
