Amazon — redmi 4 unresolved 8 months refund

Since last few months its under request and not yet resolved, several time i did complaint through the bank and amazon closing the request without solving the refund issue. Its been more than 5 times we did enquiry and complaint thru the bank and by mail. If amazon cannot solve the issue or cannot refund my extra payment nearly 9500rupees, i would be insisted to go legally against amazon. As the customer care information they a-knowledge as the received two payment on the same date from different account and complaint registered with reference number.
