Amazon — refund not received in bank account

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased one laptop in online through amazon.in on 23/03/2020 and made the payment through my basrur syndicate bank debit card of rs.20489. Later i have cancelled the order and amazon.in refund the amount to my original payment method. But after one week also amount is not reflected in my account. I contact the amazon but they said they already transferred the amount and the refund reference number is
