Amazon — refund the saree amount

Sriram nagar, Thamarai veedhi, backside of jipmer., Pondicherry, Puducherry

We bought three sarees in amazon. They had sent us wrong sarees that's why we have asking for refund amount. But they told that refund process has been done successfully. They debited 20 before. But still we are not receiving amount. So we have called to amazon they told problem with in indian bank only. This is the problem.. Plzz consider this complaint.. And we need amount immediately...
