[Resolved]  Amazon — Very slow refund processing

Hello Kevin and team Amazon,
This is something very disappointing and not acceptable that it takes such longer time to get refund whereas I had received refund confirmation very next day of items refund in all previous transactions, one latest case of refund confirmation from your end attached as ready refn.

So, pl expedite said refund process on urgent basis within 2-3 days.

Your immediate action and favourable response is highly appreciated,

I can confirm that the pickup of the Eureka Forbes Euroclean WD X2 Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner(Black & Orange), 13 Accessories for Complete Cleaning was completed on August 24, 2020.

I can confirm that the carrier has picked up your return.

The package is currently in transit to our fulfilment centre. It should ideally reach us within 10 business days.

Once the package is received at our fulfilment centre, it will take three business days for the refund to be processed.

Thanks for your mail with positive response.

This is to update you that said item, Eureka Forbes Euroclean WD X2 Wet &
Dry Vacuum Cleaner(Black & Orange), 13 Accessories) against order No:
[protected] has been picked up successfully by Amazon agent, Mr Ram
Ratan, mobile no.[protected] today morning at 10:48 AM and he himself
checked everything inside the box before said picked up as well.

But I have not yet received any SMS or any update on the same in my Amazon
account regarding this picked up so far.

This is for your kind information and doing the needful on refund (of
Rs.14949.00) initiation pl.
