Dear sir /mam,
My name is prince goyal and my contact number is[protected] and my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com, which is registered in your amazon.in site. I bought a product from your website which is a jiofi device. It is purchased on 20 january 2019 and their expected delivery date was 5-8 february 2019 which is not delivered yet. I want to know what's going on with my parcel and where is it. I also paid them advance already. Please check and deliver my package on my address as soon as possible you can. Company executive not guiding me properly.
