I ordered nikon camera from There is one freebies is missing in the package. I spoke with customer representatives hundred of times but they are not holding any responsibility and asked me to talk to the manufactures. I did and they are also not holding any responsibilities and moreover they mentioned that is not the authorized dealer (Which is true).

Since the product is amazon verified, so i believed that it is responsibility to deliver the missing product and not to escape from it. This is very shameful behavior. Being such a big firm such unethical behavior is not acceptable.

I am highly disappointed and also escalated this issue but still didn't hold this as their responsibility and again asked me to contact manufactures.
