I booked a flat in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna, leisure valley, Greater Noida in December 2015. Till now, no construction has started. My Unit No. Q-G05. I really don’t know what to do as i got a call from investor clinic informing me about the horrors of amrapali builder as they will not start construction because of no money. Since I have a construction link plan and I already had paid them amount of Rs. 2, 15 lakh. Is there a way to get rid of this? I want cancellation of my flat and wants refund back.
