I gave my samsung galaxy s7 edge (g935f) onyx black for insuarance damage claim on 20/03/2017. My claim id is 607690. I was told that if that damage is more than 50% of cost of the mobile phone the whole amount of the phone will be refunded and before I applied for claim I checked with samsung service centre & they said that the phone is not repairable. After I given my phone to AmTrust mobile solutions for insuarance claim. I got a phone saying that it went under repair. But this is not my phone as the IMEI number is different from my original phone and the colour of the phone is also different it is gold colour and it was a used phone with lot of scratches on it where as my phone was just 8 months old and looks brand new. When I asked the authorities for this situation they said that they have changed the IMEI number when it was under repair (according to law its illegal to change the IMEI number) and they also said that the cosmetics (scratches on the phone) will not be sonsider under claim. But when I said that the colour is defferent they had no answers to reply back. I know that this is not my phone and they have been cheating on me. I want my whole amount refund (cost of the phone mentioned on bill). I have purchased my phone from "The Mobile Store" and even the store employees and the store manager accepted that the phone was not mine and the IMEI number is different. I have gone through the terms and conditions of the insuarance claim & whatever the AmTrust mobile solutions people did with my claim it completely does not fit in their terms and conditions. Even the mobile store manager is trying to contact their senior heads but they are not responding and when I am calling the customer care they are telling me that they will responce within 48 hours but they are not responding. I have also send several mails but I havent got any responce. I have also called the customer service and informed them saying that I have sent a mail to so and so person atleast tell them to responce but even that did not workout. I have also sent all the required documents on time and they has been no issues from my side during the formalities. Now the only solution for the issue is to cross check my claim and I am sure that I would be getting a refund. Its already been more than a month. I need my REFUND of the amount mentioned on mobile bill purchased. My email Id is hadi.[protected]@gmail.com. Please contact me as soon as possible.
