I bura nageswara rao had a prohealth group insurance policy, certificate no: [protected] dated:[protected], master policy no:[protected]/00/00.
Due to my personal problems i am decided to cancel my auto renewal and auto debit my account. So please cancel my policy auto debit & amount my account.ac no: [protected]. Please send confirmation sms to my registered mobile no:[protected].

I tried to do a online transaction on Paytm a Today and it says you are blocked as you tried to do multiple transactions with incorrect details. I know I haven’t done this nor some tried to as there were no OTP messages also. Why was my card being blocked from online transactions even if I didn’t enter any such wrong credentials.
