[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — failed transaction but money not refunded

I have done a recharge of 149 rs on free charge app on 30th july, 2018 amount was deducted from bank but recharge was not done, merchant of free charge didn't receive money. My account details nikhitha punna, account no [protected] i want my refund back to my account, it has been more than 1 week that my refund as not been credited to my account my transaction id was
