Dear sir, This is leo allwyn from chennai holding a account in your andhra bank. My problem is that on 6th of jan 3465 amount was debited from my account while bookin a ticket in redbus the transaction was declained but amount was debited from my account and its not returned to my account till date and i have complaint many times but i didnt get any proper response so plz take an action and refund the amount. At Mahabubnagar Main branch IFS Code ANDB0000350 The Bank Staff is not Accepting Cash Deposits at Cash Counters mean while suggesting to deposit in Deposit Machine BNA.
