Dear sir, This is leo allwyn from chennai holding a account in your andhra bank. My problem is that on 6th of jan 3465 amount was debited from my account while bookin a ticket in redbus the transaction was declained but amount was debited from my account and its not returned to my account till date and i have complaint many times but i didnt get any proper response so plz take an action and refund the amount.
