[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Money deducted from my ac but ticket not booked in irctc

I did a transaction around 7:40 pm on 1-5-2017 at India one ATM in maddilapalem bus depot. Transaction not completed the ATM screen came to India one logo. I did get any cash from ATM but money deducted. What should i do now. The amount 4000 deducted.
