I have checked my irctc account history in that payment status: payment failed so amount not received by irctc amount with bank it seems kindly check the issue solve it as soon as possible refund the amount to my account. I did a transaction around 7:40 pm on 1-5-2017 at India one ATM in maddilapalem bus depot. Transaction not completed the ATM screen came to India one logo. I did get any cash from ATM but money deducted. What should i do now. The amount 4000 deducted.
