[Resolved] Andhra Bank — No respect towards customers | |||
Dear sir /madam, We have been to Andhra bank to open an account for my mother but the staff were irresponsible and they did not even care for my mom and they say we have to come only In the morning hours to open the account and they did not even mention on any sinage we went to give complaint to the branch manager he was also saying the same and he was saying to go to another bank and open your account his name is rama Krishna reddy boduppal branch manager. And even they talk to the customers very recklessly they don't even give minimum respect to the customers. So I request u to look in to matter and do the need full to the customers and take some serious action on such irresponsible staff Was this information helpful? | |||
