[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Payment not received.

I have transferred Rs 4000 /- to Mr. VENKATA REDDY of "Andhra Bank" on 4th January 2017 under Reference no."[protected]".
[IMPS[protected]VENKATA REDDY-ANDB-xxxxxxxxxxx6111-PG Rent for Manuja]

from my HDFC bank account "[protected]" and i confirmed with my bank that the money is transferred. but Venkata reddy is telling still he did not receive the money even he did not receive any message or mail .

Please help me on this issue.
