Order no. : [protected], Refund Date : 08-Feb-2017, Refund ARN No. : 30001070397032224743784, Refund Amount : 380/- The details of my transaction are as follows : PNR No [protected] Train No./Name:15009 / GKP GTNR EXP Date of Journey:06-Feb-2017 Cancellation ID:[protected] Date of Cancellation:05-Feb-2017 20:53:11 HRS Transaction ID: [protected] Refund Amount: Rs.380 The aforesaid mentioned amount has not been credited to my account, though the refund date is showing 07/02/2017. I am attaching my latest updated bank statement, you can see no amount has been deposited in my account between 01/02/2017 to 21/02/2017.. This is the mail which i got from PAYTM.
Your order No.[protected]. has been attended to and it is now closed.
Paytm give status of my refund amount ARN no.30001070257024120361679. Refund Amount : INR 3644 has been refunded on 24/01/2017 but still im not received my amount back.
The aforesaid mentioned amount has not been credited to my account, though the refund date is showing 24.01.17. My account ni is: [protected] and IFSC Code: ANDB0001804
Please consider my request and refund the aforementioned amount.
