[Resolved] Andhra Bank — refund of void transaction. | |||
Dear all, I b navya krishna holding a sb acc in hyderabad, somajiguda. Acc no :[protected]. I made a swipe of rs 10059 on 28th nov 2018, in star health insurance swiping machine, how ever immediately we voided the transaction on the same day. Till now we have not received any refund for the same, we raised a compliant in the home branch on 16th jan 2018 with ref no : [protected] There is no proper response from the branch nor customer care.
