[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Regarding misbehavior of lady staff towards customer | |||
Respected sir, Iam hereby feeling sorry to make a complaint regarding an officer named deepthi of vundrajavram branch, west godavari dt-534216, for her negligence to customer regarding gold loans & atm cards. I hv been roaming around the branch since 5times for a new atm card. Though there are atm cards she is not interested in issuing to customers where as she is asking us to come after 1 week for issue. she is even rude to customers for gold loans which has to be given within half an hour where asking them to come in the evening or take the amount the next day. We come to branches for requirement not for entertainment, she is so rude and arrogant which is clear in her behaviour towards customers. Since many years we were bound with Andhra bank but due to these people we like to close our accounts. we take gold loans for sudden requirements not for timepass or to lend anyone. we will be emergency for cash if due to her negligence we might have lost a person in our family but i request you to take action regarding the complaint. I can even talk to the branch manager but I need a quick action for her misbehaviour towards customers. hope you accept the complaint and rectify. Please dont let us loose hopes on Andhra Bank.
