[Resolved] Andhra Bank — transaction failure by debit card | |||
Hi! I am dr. T. Dinesh kumar. I am a customer of andhra bank account no ([protected]). I use my andhra bank debit card regularly for transactions and shopping purpose even on online. On 23/11/2017 i tried to purchase an item (Easyacc monster power bank) on amazon.com using my debit card but the transaction was failed but money was debited from my account rs.6599. And order was cancelled. Later i purchased the same item by net banking. But the money which was debited from my account first time was still not refunded. Please kindly do favour and do needful as i am facing severe inconvenience regarding transactions for several times. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
