Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Bus cancellation | |||
I had booked ticket no 59673216 via red bus for APSRTC servce from Badrachalam to Vijayawada for[protected] service no 9351 seat no 17-18. The bus was cancelled without information to us. I received a message from APSRTC to cancel the ticket on or before[protected]. When i tried cancelling, the there was error saying -ticket no invalid. When i contacted customer care they informed me that i have to cancel through red bus portal I loged a complaint in redbus portal dt[protected]complaint no 493666. So far they have not replied or refunded. Since i have been put to lot of inconvenience by your bus service cancellation, Redbus is not ready to repay the full refund. my email id is savitri108.[protected]@gmail.com . please see that my refund is done immediately for Rs.450.00 Was this information helpful? | |||
