Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd — A Shockingly Bad Service - Require Senior Teams immediate intervention and action

Team Andromeda and Head Andromeda,
I would like to bring to your notice a very bad and shocking experience (and it still continues). I Harrish Sairaman have been dealing with a sales agent of yours since November 2020 - Prashant Pawar (+91 [protected]). I had worked with Prashant when he was employed with PNB housing and was referred by a relative. After moving to Andromeda we again solicited Prashant’s service to move our Home Loans from PNB to a bank with better interest rates. We have a total housing loan of around 3+ Crores (4 Loans put together)

The Shocking Service: -

Our talks started in November and we gave him a Go ahead in December 2020 for the transfer and provided him with all the documents. In January he said that its getting done from HDFC and the only thing pending is Preclosure letters and everything else is done.

PNB delayed the letters which we received in Feb first week and immediately gave it to Prashant. Till end of Feb there was no progress and we anyways had to pay the EMIs from PNB (Our EMIs get deducted on the 10th of every month)
Feb end I told Prashant if there is further delay or if things are getting stuck, ill get it done from another person (I have accounts in IndusInd Bank and they were willing to get it done from HDFC with a max turnaround time of 15 days)
HE said its all done and the next EMI will not go from PNB as it would all be done (This we are talking about Feb End)

Here we are on July 3rd and im still waiting and paying a higher EMI from PNB, even time this man saying its almost done.

Excuses given by him -

Delay from the Bank - March
4 member from the staff got Covid hence the delay - April
System Delay - May
All done now it has happened - June

We again had to request for Preclosure letter from PNB in May due to the delay and we also told prashant that PNB gives us a pain in getting the letters, we still had to do 15 days of follow ups and finally got our letters End of May and gave it to Prashant.

Please note - He said all is done and took the Franking amount od Around Rs 1.2 lacs on 4th of June and since then there is no update.

A very important point - He does not stick by his word AT ALL - If he says he will call back and at a particular time HE NEVER DOES THAT (I know this sounds like exaggeration or generalisation, it is NOT! Ive never seen any service person who disrespects a client/customer to this level. In fact I had a separate conversation with him only telling him dont disrespect, at least pick up the call and update) IN the last few months(again without exaggeration) we would have made at least 150 to 200 calls out of which he would have received it 30 times maybe.
His take is - If I dont have an update what will I do picking up your call, ridiculous isn’t it?

Major issues as of now -

No real update (apart from his story that everything is done - for the last 3 weeks)
Money of Franking gone and no receipt, no proof of it - He has taken that in his account - If we dont see any response we will be forced to do a place complaint as it then hints a fraud (as the money is taken and we only have stories from his side)

IN the last 2 months he has moved from HDFC all done to HDFC delaying to AXIS BANK all done to AIX now delaying to KOTAK BANK ALL done and now KOTAL delaying!

We had also visited his place to speak to him only to find a locked door! Since, our relatives stay on the same floor where he stays (Ulwe) we get an update that He is there, but we have wasted ample time and efforts without any results. When a man with such a past history says “It will all be done” (Which is his standard statement), how can one trust anymore?

We open the talks in November and Now we are in July, paying higher EMI/interest for the last 8 months due to an incompetent, irresponsible service person who is representing your brand - Andromeda. Yes, our relative who gave the reference did say ‘He will do a good job, but he does delay!’ but no one knew this is the definition of ‘Delay’. Even they (my relatives) are surprised by this behaviour and have told him a couple fo times to not keep us stranded.
In fact 3 weeks back he also said if it doesn’t happen this week ill refund the money and also give my seniors phone number and email address. When I spoke to him about this last week the only thing i hear is “Just wait and it will happen” and then the pattern of not picking our calls and not returning them!!!

What we expect -

Senior Intervention to give us the real story - Clarity
Getting the work done in couple of days so that we give the cheques to PNB before 10th of July - Else all hassle of taking statements again
If he returns the money saying it cannot happen (what about the loss of so many months, Im not saying he needs to pay it but one needs to understand)

Clarity on whether I should go ahead with Indusind.
Clarity on Should I go ahead with a Police complaint as there is something fraudulent here.
(Also please note our papers are clear, good track record and not a single even of default in payments in the past. Yes, we had taken moratorium)

I believe a brand like Andromeda has creating this Brand with the right values of customer centricity and would request the seniors and the right team to intervene and take action immediately. Awaiting to see a prompt and immediate action. Banking on my Belief in the senior team here.
