I was applied Anna University counselling 2018 for my brother at may 29- 2018. I filled all the details and goes through payment site. After completing payment transaction I got a message this '
Hi there!
Your payment of Rs. 500 at Anna University has failed.

In case your money is debited, your bank will credit it into your bank account within 7-14 working days. Please contact your bank for further queries.

After 20 days I contacted Anna University counselling mail '[protected]@annauniv.edu'. They're replied your request under process
Then I contacted my bank. They replied like this

Greetings for the Day!!!

We had taken up your issue with the concerned Division/Department and accordingly they have reverted back to us that the transaction for which we raised the claim on your behalf has been rejected as the transaction has been a successful transaction. If the reply /redressal from us for the complaint fails to address your grievance, you may write to the Banking Ombudsman(BO). Reserve Bank of India, Fort Glacis, Chennai (or the BO, RBI as the case may be)
I contacted so many times they don't respond
