[Resolved]  AO Smith — ao smith water purifier no installation

We purchased a water purifier from reliance digital elante chandigarh. Everything was going good and they told us about the installation and service but now they are refusing to provide it. Moreover i purchased a resue care plan additionally for 2 years warranty worth 9000 the store itself. Its a clear case of miscommunication between the staff and authorities i am really disappointed by reliance service. I am left with no other option but to return it back to the store. Why are they even keeping such products when they cannot provide its proper service? It's a case of customer harassment and wasting there time.
