AO Smith — installation charges | |||
I had bought 4 geysers from sringar electrical and when the installation technician came to fix it, he charged me inr 600 for parts which were missing from the sealed package. I am shocked at the incident since this is a integrity issue.. How can spare parts be missing form a sealed pack. Something is seriously wrong at the internal control of ao smith. I have made innumerable calls but no response. I want justice. Was this information helpful? | |||

Last week I purchased AO smith HSA-VSA 25lts and for installation I called the service person they said only pipe charges and installation charges extra so we thought it come around 1k but I was shocked wen the guy charged 2500for one installation he charged 1200 for 3 pipes connection as it in some distance one pipe cost around 400 & 3*400=1200, 400for installation, 480for outlet pipe nibble, 300for some extra and again 80+80 steel cap all total it cost me 2500 for installation... I'm not first time customer earlier I purchased but I didn't spend any penny for installation but this too much I never ever call any ao smith service guy they r charging too much unnecessary. If he said before this things required then I will never install this geyser I just return it but after installation he gave such a long bill totally disappointed
