I am very unhappy with your product..., please see my points below..

The ao smith filters change indication of ro and scpa change comes 4 times or more a year. My ao smith model number is x7 and serial no is b[protected].

I have taken a acmc service contract on 8th march 2018 to 8th march 2019 from shivoma international (Ao smith authorised dealers)

But when the ro and scpa indication comes, all my ro filters are not changed. Only one ro filter is replaced and the scpa candle is washed and the machine is reset, so that the light indication goes away.

Why are all my ro candles and scpa candles not replaced on indication.

This means your company is using the reset button to fool customers and you are manipulating the machine as per availability of spare parts and to do cost cutting. I'm being cheatef

Also, the new ro filters and scpa filters and spare parts are not given to customer in sealed condition. When asked why is the seal broken or cover of filters not sealed, no satisfactory reply is given. How do we know it's a new filter??

In spite of escalation to your manager dinesh of mumbai area, there is no call back and customer satisfaction.

If a new filter is supplied, it has to be in sealed state.

Waiting for your reply and help in quick time as my amc is getting expired very soon

    Hello,

    I bought ao smith z6 extactly one year ago. I see a water leaking from the bottom. Called customercare, the technisian said that i need to change the pump and product is out of warranty. Now they are asking me to pay 4500₹ for the pump and need to replace it. How worst it is. The product i purchased on feb 2017 to till now its just 1 year 2 months.. The pump got in to for replacement.. How you are going to solve the problem..

      I am having 3 water heaters at my residence whose 2 yrs warrant expired in oct - nov 2017. I gave at least 2 calls at your customer care in the month of november 2017 to get the amc renewed to which no body renewed. Last call at your customer care was given on 16.12.17 with ref no[protected] and representative told that the amc will be done on 17.12.18 positively.

      No body gave a call nor anybody visited my residence to renew the same & i thought that i have choosen the wrong product & now will never give a call to ao smith call center neither i am any more interested for the amc renewal

      Surprisingly when all the winters are gone i got a call from ao smith representative mr. Amit ([protected]) on 24.02.18 to get the amc renewed & he felt sorry for the system delay and bla bla bla...

      Mr amit told me that representative will visit definitely on 25.02.18 to renew the amc and today again on 25.02.18 the story by ao smith is the same... I have decided now if they will give free amc for one year that too free of cost, i will not take the same

        We have purchased the a. O smith water heater model no. Hse sds 25 from jalandhar and the shopkeeper committed to installlation is free of cost while calling customer care but in back they said installation is chargeable. A. O smith is very poor n cheap company so that i never recommend any one to purchase this product whose commitment is poor kindly install our water heater free of cost otherwise will go to consumer court against this company who cheat mee.           I purchased ao smith water heater online on 28/12/2017 and made full payment. Order no 78361. Customer care deptt is not able to track this order. I have written emails to the official email id of ao smith, got reply that the concerned team will get back to me with info. Sadly this did not happen. Nor the product arrived as of now 09/01/2018. Pathetic attitude of customer care. They just keep on asking customer's details 5 -6 times but dont give any information about the status of order. Cannot track this order is the standard reply after wasting customer's time.

            I have bought a new water heater in reliance family card.
            Cin no : u01100mh1999plc120563.
            It is been purchased from relaince digital, 3rd floor, lake mall, 104 rashbehari avenue, kolkata - 70029.
            Since the date is installed, it is not working properly and the quantity of water from the tap is very low leading to huge time to fill a bucket.
            I have tried to reach on the store contact no's mentioned in cash memo but it is always unreachable since last 3 days.

            Please help in this regards.

              Today, 27th november, 2017, i found small cockroaches, some dead and some walking inside the water tank of the ao smith water purifier x7 series. I had purchased this purifier in august, 2017. My purifier is still under warranty period. The minimum requirement of a water purifier is that it should be air tight so that no insects go inside to contaminate the purified water. Here that requirement itself is not fulfilled in ao smith water purifiers. I have already lodged a complaint with the customer care for cleaning the tank but i believe this is a defect in all the purifiers of ao smith. I want full refund of the product as there is no solution for this even if i get a replacement unit. Please take immediate action on this.

                I bought AO Smith 25 L Storage Geyser HSE-SDS on 22 Oct 2017 using Paytm.

                I was supposed to receive red colour panel in 10-14 working days for which I had called 3 times to customer care of AO Smith.

                Every time they are saying they will ship the red colour panel for which I already paid them but I have not received so far.

                It's been a month and completely dissatisfied with the A O Smith service.

                Now expecting positive response from the company.

                I had heard it is one of the best company in providing good service to the customers but now have experienced what sort of service they are providing to their customers.

                Either you ship the red colour panel or you can take your product back and refund my money.

                There is no response since 2 months and called several times to customer support.

                Please get this sort out as soon as possible.
                AO Smith does not value for time and money of customer. I feel cheated after purchasing their products.Though I have 3 Water Geyser and a Water purifier but their service is very pathetic.They do not have educated technician who can understand the problem and provide fixes

                  The said product was purchase on[protected] and during the span of one year i was made to change one filter an now on 11.11.2017 the knob of tap got loose. The cost of knob is about rs.50.00only but additional visiting charges amounting to rs.400.00 were demanded which i didn't agree and the request was made to review the same but no action has been taken till date. My main contention is that at he time of purchased i was assured that the product will give uninterrupted service for at-least 3to 4 years. But within one year it has started giving trouble for one reason or the other. The company appears to me has cheated and given the defective peace. Please look into the matter for necessary action please

                  They are behaving like dictators and are not bothered about any complaint.
                  I have purchased 3 AO smith geysers in year 2014 for residential use. Since then I have been facing problems at regular time intervals in any of the 3 geysers. Off late the water is not getting hot as it should have happened and the response which I have received from AO smith engineer's is not at all satisfactory.

                    Bought a water heater ems 3 litres on 21.10.17 and after working for two days it has stopped working.

                    So unfortunate that it has happened with a big brand like yours.

                    And your numbers [protected] and [protected] are constantly busy. Before this, there was so much of trouble with its installation as your service is so poor.

                    Right now i completely harassed with your company. I work with a reputed media house and believe me if i dont get a return call within 4 hours i will take the matter with the consumer court.

Even though i don't get a call, but i do get a message saying the installation is postponed as the customer didn't respond / the query has been addressed by manjunath.

                        I have purchase ao smith instant water heater for my

                        Kitchen in nov 2014.

                        Since installation gyser is not working well many times

                        Leakag problem in incomming & outgoing lines. Also some

                        Times wiring / indication problem persisst in this product.

                        Since instaalation i have comlaint many times that this is

                        Faulty product supplied to me every time your service

                        Technician come to my home and repair the faulty part but

                        They never replace this product.

                        You can check/verify in your record since past two

                        Years eight to ten times your service technician visited

                        At my home.

                        This month i again facing same problem with this gyser your

                        Service technician visited my home and iform me that gyser

                        In out of warranty and its wiring/ part is not in a

                        Condition to repair hence dump it.

                        I really surprie with ao smith product quality issue

                        And service personall feedback on product.

                        Please tell me is ao smith gyser life is only 2 - 3 years

                        ???

                        Or is ao smith is waiting for the product to complete its

                        Warranty period so that they do not have to replace the

                        Faulty product.

                        I have heard that your product have word class quality is it

                        Really your quality???

                        When i contacted your service personnel they tell me many

                        Excuses like water quality problem.

                        In my society many other brand gyser instaaled very long

                        Back and satisfactory working with same quality of water.

                        As your company claiming best quality standard please

                        Replace the faulty product so that consumer trust on ao

                        Smith can be maintained.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is in regards to a "AO SMITH" instant geyser purchased from Rhythm House, Sec 18 Noida on 19th Aug, 2017. I have purchased a new flat in Sec 70, Aashiyana Homes, Noida. When we installed the geyser it could not take the metre load as it is of 3Kw. We politely asked the dealer from Rhythm House, Noida to please give us a Geyser of less than 3kw ( either instant or storage). The dealer told us as the geyser is installed now he cannot exchange it for another geyser less than 3 Kw.
                            Please help us regarding this issue and get this geyser replaced asap of less than 3kw. The dealer of Rhythm House is not ready to listen now. Please see to this matter urgently and help us regarding the same.

                              I had purchased a 25 litre water geyser last winter with 2 year + 2 year extended warranty.
                              Immediately after using for 3-5 consecutive months, there was a bad ouder smelly water from the geyser.

                              I had then complaint at call centre and they confirmed that the water tank is required to be cleaned. I ask ed if any charges. They confirmed it's free service.
                              The agent visited and cleaned the water tank for no charges and had given a service slip.

                              Now again the same instance is repeated, now when i called the call centre, they claim for re 400 as service charges and confirm that company has changed to rules in feb before gst. There is no reply to my query that the customer who was committed foe free service should be informed. No reply yet after 24 hrs.
                              I am stuck, not able to use the product. Please help.
                              Also they say, this will happen every time and charges have to be paid. I did not face any such issue over last 15 years with other gysers as used. This is absolutely a cheat with the customer.

                                Today i lodged a complain regarding non - functioning of the jaguar water heater and in response i got three calls from three different numbers with the instruction to give the debit card number which is prohibited as per the rbi rules and the rules of the bank concerned. The person saying the manager insisted me to give the debit card number which is a matter of surprise. I requested them to divert my complain to the local service centre with the instruction to depute your technical expert to visit my place and sort out the problem. Instead of listening to my words he disconnected the call. Pl. Look into the matter and kindly take steps to sort out my problem as per the data provided earlier. Regards.

                                  I had placed a request for service of geyser on 16th august 2017 with service request no 09302743. The response has been worst. Till date no technician has come and solved. Yesterday some supervisor from head office called me and assured it would be done by evening. He told me that they had only one technician in kurnool. Previously in june when i raised a request the same technician had come and the problem recurred in two months.

                                  This technician keeps on postponing the appointment every day and the company has got no other alternative..

                                  Surely, this will be my first and last product to purchase from ao smith. Pathetic service

                                    I vishal kapoor purchased a geyser of a o smith thinking that its best company. But sorry to say that its worst brand i ever purchased since i purchased this geyser
                                    Every 7-8 months there is a pcb replacement for that i paid roughly rs.1500 so many times

                                    I have all the bills with me and you also have a record of the same

                                    Last time i raised a issue not to pay for same part but your team promised me saying that you will not have the problem again this is the last time if you will face same problem again we will take care of it

                                    But again there is a same issue and they are demanding around rs.1700

                                    I request you to take care of my issue otherwise i have to throw it in road along with banner and bills of part i paid for it

                                      This company and it's staffs are big cheaters. I purchased their product geyser and moved to a another city. Now, they are charging me extra amount for installing (Rs 400) and additional amount (Rs 400) for servicing the geyser. Today their executive came for installing it and charged me rs 500 and made my room dirty and misbehaved left and told i am not responsible for serving you. When i asked for bill for rs 500 he rudely spoke to me and denied. Without hearing anything their staffs are telling that you have to extra rs 1300 for the geyser for them to send another executive for servicing the geyser. Why i need to pay this unnecessory amount for my geyser that is under insurance coverage. This company is looting innocent people's money. Please never buy a o smith geyser else they will suck your blood once you need their service.

                                        I am really frustrated with your product..., please see my points below..

                                        1) i purchased your product at premium cost (Other products like aquaquard, kent, livepure cheap than your product)
                                        2) i purchased amc for first year (This is contradicting your first year warranty, because filter are dying 2 times a year but you are not covering under warranty)
                                        3) my filters got damaged 2 times, the amc covers only 6 filters, but total filters damaged are 9 (2 times scpa and 1 time ro, total 9 filters)
                                        4) so i have to spend 1000 more for additional 3 filters as your amc only covers 6 filters
                                        5) that means in the first year i have to spend around amc (2300) + 1000 total 3300 in the first year
                                        6) so your product is not working for at lest 1 year or your warranty is not covering filters, then y guys calling warranty
                                        7) so, you simply cheating customers and selling unstable products
                                        Please help me in my case otherwise i will take this to next level and help the customers by covering filters at least for first year under warranty.

                                        Waiting for your reply and help in quick time as my amc is getting expired very soon.
