There was problem in filtration of water since last two days and due to corona lockdown no service representative was visiting to our home, my wife asked me to do the necessary maintenance as I am also an engineer and worked for almost 10 years for water treatment companies and I have tried to do initial maintenance like cleaning of re-filter candle. My problem could not resolved after cleaning Prefilter candle then I have opened back cover to clean sediment filter. Looking to condition of filter, I have totally got shocked as the Carbon Block and ART filters were placed only for show in a slot and the pipeline was bypassed during the previous services by AOsmith technician. I presume that, whenever problem faced by us and complaint raised, the technician has by passed the filter instead of replacement of the same.
This has resulted that we are consuming raw water without RO/UV/filtration ince how many days we do not know and consuming raw water in good faith. We should be tankful to Delhi Waterboard for not supplying bad water otherwise AOSMITH team has totally planed to play with our health for saving few thousand Rupees .
