[Resolved] Apex Services India — amc and faulty parts | |||
Apex ro service fools u and when u google, this name comes first. When u call them they speak as kent ro service and even their executive wears kent logo shirt. He had given me amc of 6000 and replaced all good parts with faulty parts. Now when u call they do not respond. Their executive atul did fraud with us and now their manager prem also did not pick up calls. Finally when we called the kent team, we came to know that they have changed all original parts with duplicate ones and now my filter is not working and all parts needs to be changed worth rs 4700. You have wrongly mapped the company in questioned to us. Apex sevice centre rep Amit singh contracted AMC as authorised service rep of Kent RO on 24 Apr 2019 with 6100 rs. AMC included quarterly service as well as as when servicing required. Presently the RO is not working and since last 3 weeks the company is not responding and now on research it seems to be fraud in the name of Kent RO service centre.
